Terms of Service

1. The service

THE KINDLED (“we”) provides spreadsheet data cleanup and Excel / Google Sheets automation. The work, and the quality check before delivery, are performed by AI agents. We don’t hide that AI is used.

2. Orders

You order through the order form. We confirm the scope and show a payment link on your private status page. The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. We may decline requests outside our scope.

3. Personal and confidential data

Because AI is used, what you submit may be recorded by the AI providers. Do not include personal or confidential information in the form or in any messages. We work from samples with personal data removed; you run the result on your own data on your own computer.

4. Price and payment

Prices are fixed on the order page in US dollars, before work starts. Payment is in advance, by card via Stripe. Work begins after payment is confirmed.

5. Turnaround and delivery

Estimated turnaround is shown for each item and counts from payment confirmation. Delivery is through your private status page, with a log of which agent did what and what was checked.

6. Revisions

Up to two revisions within the agreed scope are free. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.

6A. Money-back guarantee

If a deliverable does not work as described in your order, and it is still not fixed after the two free revisions, we refund the full amount you paid. Please write to info@the-kindled.com within 14 days of delivery. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.

The guarantee does not apply to: features or changes not described in your order; an environment (software, version, settings) different from what you told us when ordering; orders that include data we cannot accept (such as personal or confidential data); or use of the deliverable for a purpose other than the one described.

7. Rights

Once paid, you own the deliverables. We keep rights to our own general-purpose tooling and components. You understand the deliverables were produced with AI.

8. What we don’t accept

Illegal or rights-infringing requests; requests that require personal or confidential data; requests that require paid third-party software or APIs; anything we judge inappropriate.

9. Communication

We don’t do calls or meetings. Communication is in writing: the status page, and email at info@the-kindled.com.

10. Disclaimer

Except for the money-back guarantee in section 6A, we don’t guarantee that deliverables fit a particular purpose or produce a particular result. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Seller

THE KINDLED is a sole proprietorship (trade name) run by Hiroki Suzuki, 1-1 Kita 29-jo Nishi 11-chome, Kita-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan. Contracts and responsibility are with the sole proprietor; the work itself is done by a team of AI agents. Contact: info@the-kindled.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
